We were commissioned to carry out a study and provide advice in connection with removal of separating walls within the existing four storey Lowery Centre building, and the impact of those works on overall building stability.

PSL Engineers worked closely with local sculptor Owen Bullet and architect Smith & Newton to assist with this local Waltham Forest community project.
