Pineapple Structures offer a wide range of structural services for a variety of industry sectors, ranging from single wall openings to multi-million-pound refurbishment or new-build developments.
We work directly with developers, contractors, homeowners and architects. Our goal every time is to meet and exceed the expectations of the client, and to carry out all work to the highest standard possible.
We also enjoy providing assistance to charity and community projects. Recent clients have included the London Borough of Waltham Forest, the Maria Montessori Institute and All Saints Church, Highams Park.

Extensions & Alterations
We complete many different types of structural alterations and extensions to residential and commercial properties across London and beyond.
Structural Inspection Reports
We are often asked to inspect and report on defects highlighted by building surveyors when undertaking home buyers and full structural inspections.
Renovations & Refurbishments
We have in-depth knowledge of many different types of building construction across London and the UK, and within many different sectors.
Basements & Underpinning
We are able to carry out the design of new basements and basements beneath existing buildings.
Ground Investigations
We regularly prepare specifications and organise ground investigations for projects. These investigations are carried out by specialist contractors who can complete a range of activities including trial pits, boreholes and window samples.
Below Ground Drainage
As part of the engineering design for a project, we also have access to specialist sub-consultants who can carry out below ground drainage design for foul and surface water.
