The existing three storey mid-terrace Edwardian building was in a very poor state of repair with significant bowing to the upper front elevation. PSL Engineers were commissioned to complete a full intrusive investigation to the front façade and to propose a strategy for reinstating the structural robustness to the front elevation. We also provided advice and design for various internal remodelling works.
