Internal modifications and second floor conversion to a period property in Hampstead Garden Suburb. Working closely alongside Simon Miller architects, the design team achieved both planning consent and HGS Trust approval for the scheme. The second floor zone required a bespoke suspended structure to ensure the new floor deck was hidden within the existing ceiling zone to maintain headroom, whilst preserving the original fabric to the property.
