Roger’s involvement with this building goes back to 2016, when he was requested under a previous role to complete a preliminary structural inspection and report for the six storey building. The property is Grade II listed and was the residence of Lord Lawrence, formerly the Governor general of India, and underwent major alterations in the mid-1990’s. PSL Ltd were later requested to provide preliminary advice in connection with replacing the existing roof top plant.
