The two existing retail units comprised a single storey steel frame with trussed rafters, together with a single storey portalised steel frame. Proposed alterations included removal of internal structural columns and stabilizing shear walls. PSL completed an intrusive investigation, structural inspection report and preliminary strategy for facilitating conversion into a Loaf Shack store. Photographs provided by Loaf Shack.
