We are often asked to inspect and report on defects highlighted by building surveyors when undertaking home buyers and full structural inspections.
Our reports are tailored as necessary to the specific defects identified by the surveyors or homeowners. Typical defects include subsidence, cracking, bowing or leaning walls, sloping floors, roof spread and general deterioration of the structure.
We also regularly carry out re-mortgage surveys of properties where the lender has requested an inspection report by a suitably qualified engineer.
We are also able to organise intrusive investigations to structures where necessary and have experience in the inspection of dangerous structures.
