Structural Inspection Reports

PSL Engineers regularly complete inspection reports for a wide range of buildings and residential properties suffering from many different types of defect and movement.

Our reports are tailored as necessary to the specific defects identified by the surveyors, homeowners or prospective purchaser. Typical defects include subsidence, cracking, bowing or leaning walls, sloping floors, roof spread and general deterioration of the structure.

We regularly carry out surveys of properties where the lender has requested an inspection report by a suitably qualified engineer.

We are able to organise intrusive investigations to structures where necessary and have experience in the inspection of dangerous structures.
